Q: How do you ensure consistent product quality? Do you provide third-party test reports?

A: We implement full-process quality control including raw material inspection, production line checks, and finished product aging tests. Each batch can be supplied with CE/ROHS certificates from independent labs.

2.Minimum Order Quantity

Q: What’s your MOQ? Do you accept trial small quantity orders?

A: Standard products have 50pcs MOQ, but we accept trial orders for specific products (with slightly higher unit cost). Custom projects have flexible MOQ based on design requirements.

3.Lead Time & Logistics

Q: What’s the production lead time? Do you assist with shipping arrangements?

A: Regular items ship within 15-20 days; customized products require 30-45 days. We provide EXW terms and can recommend reliable freight forwarders for customs clearance.

4.Warranty & After-Sales

Q: How do you handle quality issues?

A: We offer 12-month warranty for defective products. For confirmed quality issues, we provide free replacements or refunds after technical verification.

5.Factory Visits & Audits

Q: Can we visit your production facility? What’s the approval process?
